I don't know how I didn't get around sharing this little $5 fix, especially because it was one of my fastest and easiest!
When we moved into the postage stamp, the front porch was looking a little dismal. Along with a peeling icky brown door (re-painting post to come soon), this little beauty glared at us from a planter next to the steps...
Not so inviting. But after a quick trip to a garden center and about $4.98 and a half hour later, we had this:
Granted, one little mum doesn't hide the chipped pot, cracked column, or peeling paint on the porch, but at least it's a start. And since we're renting, these are little changes we can make without breaking the bank on a home that doesn't belong to us.
