Well, it looks like Bri and I will be on the road most of the weekend.
He called the dealer in Madison; they have the Subie on their lot! No transfers, no special orders. The manager said that once we place the deposit, they will hold the car until we come get it. And they are selling it for $600 cheaper than the one we were supposed to get. Maybe it all does work out.
We are going to go out with friends tonight for wings and beer- yum! Then we'll get up early tomorrow, drive three hours north, pick up the car, and head home. Then on Sunday we have to drive an hour and a half south to meet the guy buying my car. Hopefully we just have to trade plates, cash, and title, then we'll head back home.
